Use this form to setup your Resident Portal account. The Resident Portal allows you to manage your vehicles and permits, retrieve your PIN, and obtain a duplicate copy of your MyGuestSpot parking notice letter should you lose your original.
Important! For verification, you must enter both your UNIT ID and PIN *exactly* as it is displayed on your MyGuestSpot parking rollout letter. If you do not have this information, you will not be able to activate or recover your Resident Portal Account.
